1 foot boneless backstrap
cut 5-6 slots and insert garlic bulbs
cover outside with mix equal part butter and worchestershire sauce
Bake uncovered at 300 to desired doneness basting with butter and worchestershire a few more times
Serve with onions and mushrooms fried in olive oil
pig out
